RETURNS / EXCHANGES
How do I make a return?
Unworn and unused items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of arrival. Contact returns@kerrymcgauley.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and we will email you a return label.
Please note: A return shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. Please review our Shipping & Returns policies or email info@kerrymcgauley.com with any additional questions.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please follow steps for making a return and place a new order.
When can I expect my refund?
Processing refunds typically takes 5-10 business days once item(s) have been received. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ApplePay and Google Pay.
When will my order ship?
As all pieces are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 business days for items to ship. We appreciate your patience! If for any reason shipment is delayed longer than 5 business days, we will notify you directly.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All items are shipped in their own cotton pouches, which we think make for a chic, thoughtful gift.
PRODUCTS / CUSTOM
What's the difference between “gold-filled” and "gold-plated"?
Gold-filled jewelry contains 5% gold bonded to a base metal, while gold-plated only contains .05% gold. Gold-filled is the next best thing to solid gold jewelry.
Can I swim in my jewelry?
We recommend removing your pieces prior to showering and swimming in a pool or the ocean. We also suggest avoiding lotion and perfume application while wearing. For additional care instructions, check out our Care Guide or email us at info@kerrymcgauley.com.
How do I know my bracelet size?
We offer two or three lengths for all our bracelet styles to fit your needs. To determine your size, use a measuring tape or string and measure just above the wrist bone, adding ¼-½ inch for a comfortable fit. The industry standard is 7” which fits the average wrist.
Can I get my bracelet resized?
Please follow the steps for a return if you need a new bracelet size. If you need a size larger than what is available on our site, please email info@kerrymcgauley.com to initiate for a fee.
My necklace/bracelet/earring broke, can you fix it?
KM is happy to offer repairs for a fee. Please send an image to info@kerrymcgauley.com so we can make an assessment. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
My earring backs are too loose
Butterfly earring backs can loosen with everyday wear. Gently squeeze the two metal circles together, forming a tighter grip on your earring post. If earring still feels loose, we recommend adding a clear back for additional support.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes! We offer custom design services of 5+ pieces for your special occasions. Send us your inspiration, theme, color palette, etc. and we can create your one-of-a-kind item. To inquire contact custom@kerrymcgauley.com.
Where is your jewelry made?
All pieces are handmade in Newport, Rhode Island.
