Shipping & Returns
All pieces are handmade to order, so please expect items to ship within 5 business days of ordering. We appreciate your patience!
For any shipping delay longer than 5 business days we will notify you directly.
All orders ship via USPS. Pricing is calculated based on your shipping address at the time of checkout. Orders totaling $150 and above ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.
Please ensure accuracy in shipping address as we are not responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
We currently do not ship outside of the US. But be sure to check back in with us as we hope to ship internationally soon!
Local delivery is available on all orders within the city of Newport, RI. If you select this option during checkout we will contact you directly to coordinate a date/time to deliver your jewels.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Orders must be placed by the below dates to receive before 12/25:
First Class Mail - 12/16
Priority Mail - 12/18
*Please note all shipping/fulfillment will be paused from 12/21 - 12/28
Unworn and unused items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of arrival. Please contact email@example.com with the order number and item(s) you wish to return and we will email you a return label. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging including pouch.
Custom items are final sale and not available for return.
Please note: Shipping fees for returns will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days of receipt and will be refunded to the original payment method.
We currently do not accept exchanges. Please follow the process for returning your item and submit a new order.
